The Behaviour Change Counselling Development Program (BCCDP) standard pathway provides education, skills training and support for all NSH & IWK staff who are interested in learning and supporting patients to develop self-management skills to effectively activate and sustain health behaviour changes. It is offered by the Primary Health Care & Chronic Disease Management Provincial Network and was the recipient of the Patient and Family choice Quality Award for 2024.

The program includes 12 live practice workshops and 8 self-directed modules. Workshop 1 begins September 11. Workshops are available regularly.
