This workshop covers core skills for managing unprofessional behaviour.

- Describe a stepwise approach to managing unprofessional behaviour
- Apply the management framework to case examples and identify barriers, strategies and resources
- Demonstrate effective communication during feedback conversations in these case examples

This workshop is designed to enhance the knowledge and practice skills developed in the morning session.

- Apply an appropriate response to a scenario of unprofessional behaviour
- Demonstrate effective communication during feedback conversations in case studies of unprofessional behaviour
- Implement an approach to challenging scenarios of unprofessional behaviour in the healthcare environment
