The One Person One Record (OPOR) Program invites all IWK Health and Nova Scotia Health employees and physicians to participate in the OPOR Awareness Survey to share their current understanding and knowledge about OPOR.
The survey will create a baseline of information to evaluate how prepared people feel to navigate the changes ahead, help identify potential gaps in information, and adapt our approach to meet your needs. Survey closes March 15, 2024.
