Katrina Philopoulos

Katrina Philopoulos joined the Medical Affairs team as director of physician recruitment in 2019. Since then, she has established multi-year recruitment strategies and grown a high performing team who are responsible for onboarding more than 600 physicians since April 1, 2019. Katrina comes to physician recruitment after honing her leadership skills in Occupational Health Safety and Wellness. Her entry into health care was through Occupational Therapy after receiving her training at Dalhousie University. Outside of work, Katrina is a very active sports fan who keeps the stands busy for her three children, all high performing athletes in soccer and hockey. Her and husband Eddie also enjoy spending quality time with family and walking their German Shorthaired Pointer, Apollo.
