User Satisfaction Surveys
The Department of Health & Wellness - EMR & Integrated Solutions (EIS) Program has developed a brief anonymous survey that is targeted to all users of these systems including physicians, allied health professionals, and practice staff.
Survey feedback provides important insight into user satisfaction with provincial EMR vendors and their product offerings and will take less than 10 minutes to complete.
The EIS Program Team works in collaboration with provincial EMR vendors and strategic advisers at the Dept of Health & Wellness (DHW), Nova Scotia Health (NSH), IWK, Nova Scotia Digital Services (NSDS), Doctors Nova Scotia (DNS) and Tajikeimɨk to support the users of provincial electronic medical records and integrated solutions.
